    THIS MUST BE ASSEMBLED : EASY INSTRUCTIONS .   YOU ARE LOOKING AT A cbcustomtoy . THIS  IS HAND MADE. THE SPEED SHOP IS 20" WIDE X 15" DEEP, AND 8 1/2" HIGH. THE WALLS LOOK LIKE 8" CINDER BLOCK INSIDE, AND OUT. ( rear of back wall slick )  THE FLOOR LOOKS, AND FEELS LIKE CONCRETE. THE ROOF LOOKS, AND FEELS LIKE ASPHALT ROOFING. 2 OF THE  GARAGE DOOR OPENINGS ARE 5 1/2 " TALL X 51/4" WIDE, AND THE OTHER IS 6 1/2" HIGH, AND 5 1/4" WIDE . THE ENTRANCE DOOR ON THE SIDE SWINGS OPEN. THE COLORS IN THE PICTURE'S CAN BE  DONE OF YOUR CHOICE, AS WELL AS THE NAME  IN FRONT. NOTE : NONE OF THE ITEMS INSIDE THE GARAGE IS INCLUDED IN THIS SALE.
